Although oversimplified, these words guide my service strategy and approach towards ridding India of the term unemployed. With more than nine years of experience under my belt, I started to daydream about a vision that would, in the long run, revolutionize the recruitment market in India. This is how the idea for The HR Friend first germinated. Using my recruitment management abilities, I make sure that our methods and procedures are updated regularly to meet the needs of our clients.
